How do I use the Interpreter Search function?

The Interpreter Search function is available from the Interpreter(s) Not to Use and Requested Interpreter fields.

To search for an interpreter:

1.   Click on the icon in the Interpreter(s) Not to Use or Requested Interpreter

The Interpreters Search window displays.

2.  Select one of the search type radio buttons and enter relevant details in the SEARCH TEXT field.

For example, if you want to search for an interpreter whose code begins with P100, select the Interpreter Code radio button and enter P100 in the text field.

3.  Click Search.

     A list of all interpreters matching the entered criteria is returned.

4.  Select the required interpreter.

5.  Click Submit.

   You are returned to the Add Booking page which displays the selected interpreters.
