Telephone interpreting Set up - Change to different telephone numbers

It would be really beneficial if we (Linguists) could log in to the telephone interpreting system with different numbers. Or change the number ourselves at any time.

Having different numbers, or the option to change it will help us to quickly set up another telephone line (landline, mobile, TBW system) if calls fail to go through the system or if there are system errors, our own telephone line failing, internet connection failure and many other issues. 

Last time I wanted to change my number it took like a week for them to set it up right.
